This web site ("Site") is owned and operated by Commetrix AI Private Limited ("Company") operating under the brand name Clair and its affiliates (collectively, "Provider") and the services ("Services") provided to you are subject to the following notices, terms and conditions. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Clair's Services, systems, networks, or data—whether through hacking, password mining, misuse of credentials, or any other means—is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Clair reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any individual or entity who violates this provision, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies. Users who knowingly or negligently allow unauthorized access through their accounts may also be held liable.
